Hi, I’m Sonia Sticker.

I have been a writer at heart for as long as I can remember. After years of journaling and quietly dreaming of writing books, a simple sentence from a podcast—“If you want to be a writer, you must write”—finally stirred me into action. When the world shut down in 2020, I began sharing daily devotionals on Facebook. To my surprise, people didn’t just read them—they deeply resonated with them.

That season confirmed what had already been growing in my heart: a calling to help women pursue biblical literacy for themselves. Driven by a personal hunger for deeper understanding of Scripture, I commit heartfelt reflections from God’s Word to paper, striving to make biblical truth clear, accessible, and meaningful wherever a woman finds herself in her faith journey.

I have studied Scripture for more than 30 years and continue to pursue deeper theological understanding through ongoing education. I am currently in my third year of a degree in Christian Ministries with an emphasis on communication and worship. My love for study runs deep—I often spend two to four hours in the Word during my favorite part of the day: early mornings with coffee on my sun porch overlooking the lake, watching the world wake up.

I am a Bible teacher, certified speaker, singer, and amateur artist. A prayer warrior who takes her faith seriously, I approach ministry as both teacher and encourager—fully surrendered and eagerly waiting for whatever assignment the Lord places before me next.

When I’m not studying or writing, you’ll likely find me spending time with my four precious grandbabies, painting, or sewing. As a daughter, sister, wife, mom, and Grammy, my greatest desire is simple and unwavering: to help others fall deeply in love with Jesus and His Word.

My Approach

My approach to teaching and speaking is rooted in Scripture, prayer, and intentional discipleship. I believe God’s Word is meant to be understood—not skimmed—and applied to everyday life with confidence and clarity. I take great care to teach the Bible faithfully, allowing Scripture to speak for itself while guiding women toward truth rather than trends.

Every message I share is prayerfully prepared with both the heart and the mind in view. I aim to meet women where they are, offering biblical depth without overwhelm and practical application without dilution of truth. Whether I am teaching on identity, peace, wellness, or spiritual growth, my goal is always to point women back to Jesus as their firm foundation.

I teach with clarity, warmth, and purpose, desiring that every woman leaves not only encouraged, but equipped—confident in God’s Word and strengthened to live it out daily. Above all, my approach is grounded in love for Christ, reverence for Scripture, and a deep commitment to helping women grow in biblical literacy and faith.
